Grayline started in a Denver garage in 2009, grinding floors nobody else wanted to touch. We still run lean, still self-perform, and still judge every job by its last pass.

We were finishers before we ran a crew. That order matters. It means the person quoting your floor has knelt on one at 2am chasing a trowel window, and builds the whole job backward from how it should look and feel when it is done.
Grayline grew by word of mouth: one polished loft floor led to a designer's countertop, which led to a builder handing us his slab schedule. Fifteen years later we are still small on purpose. The owner is on site, the crew is the same faces, and the work is signed by the people who poured it.

Self-Perform Everything
Formwork, placement, and finishing are all in-house. No mystery subs, no finger-pointing when something moves.
Sample Before Concrete
You approve a physical board in your exact color and finish before a single yard is ordered.
Build For The Climate
Every outdoor pour is mixed and sealed for Front Range freeze and thaw, because the cheap way fails by March.
Leave It Clean
We protect adjacent surfaces, haul our own waste, and walk the finished job with you before we invoice.
