Services

Everything concrete, done in-house.

Residential, commercial, and decorative concrete from one Front Range crew. We form it, pour it, finish it, and seal it, so there is one number to call when it matters.

Capabilities

What we pour and place.

Six core services cover almost every request we get, and each one is finished by the same crew.

01

Polished Concrete Floors

Ground, honed, and densified slabs with a soft sheen. Ideal for shops, lofts, and open-plan homes that want a floor with no covering at all.

02

Thin troweled overlays that wrap floors, walls, showers, and stairs in a single seamless surface. Warm underfoot, waterproof when sealed.

In-house

One crew, start to finish.

We do our own formwork, placement, and finishing. That is unusual, and it is the whole point. When one crew owns the slab from the first form board to the last coat of sealer, there is nobody to blame and nothing that falls between trades.

It also means we can tell you what is actually possible on your slab, on your timeline, and on your budget, before you commit. Honest scope up front beats a cheap number that grows on change orders.

Our process

How a job runs.

Every service, from a garage coating to a structural slab, moves through the same clear stages.

01

Consult & Walk

We visit the space, take measurements, and talk through how the surface will actually be used before quoting a number.

02

Sample Board

You approve a physical sample in the exact color, finish, and sealer we will pour. No surprises after the truck leaves.

03

Formwork & Prep

We build our own forms, set reinforcement, and prep the substrate. The unseen work that decides whether a finish lasts.

04

Pour & Place

Concrete is placed, screeded, and floated by finishers, not laborers. Timing is everything and we own every minute of it.

05

Finish & Polish

Grinding, troweling, stamping, or coating, depending on the system. This is the stage the whole crew is built around.

06

Cure & Seal

We cure the slab properly, apply the sealer you approved, and walk the finished work with you before we call it done.
