The terms that govern estimates and projects with Grayline Concrete Works.
These terms govern your use of the Grayline Concrete Works website and any estimate or project you engage us for. By requesting an estimate or hiring Grayline, you agree to what follows.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates are based on a site walk and the scope discussed at that time. Concealed conditions, changes to scope, or access problems discovered after work begins may change the price. We will always tell you in writing before doing work that falls outside the agreed scope.
Scheduling
Concrete work depends on weather, cure windows, and material delivery. We build realistic schedules and communicate changes promptly, but we do not guarantee a start or finish date against events outside our control.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your project agreement. Deposits reserve a place on the calendar and cover materials ordered on your behalf.
Workmanship
Our workmanship guarantee is described on our warranty page and forms part of these terms. Natural characteristics of concrete, including controlled cracking at designed joints and variation in color and texture, are not defects.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving the Denver metropolitan area.
